Explore: Things to do
The Corridor offers abundant recreational activities. Past and present are interwoven into the fabric of the Corridor, presenting unique opportunities to have fun and learn while exploring the Erie Canalway.

Take to the water on one of the many tour boats along the canal, charter a canal boat, or explore with your own vessel.  On land, get out on the Erie Canalway Trail for walking and cycling through the rich history and scenic beauty of Corridor.

The Canalway Corridor traverses some of New York’s most picturesque and productive countryside and wildlife preserves, where great birdwatching, fishing, and farm and winery tours await.
